WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH?
We are in the midst of a battle of narratives, which covers a host of issues, but is glaringly obvious with regard to what happened at the U.S. Capitol on January 6. Was it a 'treasonous insurrection' , a 'violent revolt'? Or was it a very legitimate, peaceful demonstration, that was setup to fit into the Democrats' pre-planned scenario of a Trump-caused assault on the nation's capitol and upon democracy itself?
The Cabal (I'll use Molly Ball's Time magazine article's term which includes everyone who is against Donald Trump) was ready to make Trump look like he was inciting a revolt. Nothing could have been further from the truth for anyone who was actually watching it play out that day on live TV, as I was. The Cabal had the advantage of setting up the plan, the narrative and their players. The Trump side was simply doing what Americans are supposed to do -- expressing their belief based on a trove of accumulating evidence, that there was outcome-altering levels of fraud in the 2020 election. Although outrageous enough to justify more volatile actions, they were lodging their concerns by means of a peaceful protest.
Because they represent what is good, honest, decent and patriotic about this country, they didn't realize that the rules had changed. We no longer express ourselves by honest demonstration and dialogue. The Democrats have unilaterally decided that we now cheat, steal, falsely accuse, subvert and intimidate according to Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals. In other words, there are no longer any rules. The game is to 'win by any means necessary, period.'
Just as in the election fraud, the Trump side has had to take the time to gather their wits and thread together evidence to defend themselves. Although this outcome might have been anticipated, these people by and large are still too decent to anticipate such treachery. This in itself makes it likely they are the ones telling the truth.
The Revolver was the first publication to really dig in and find the discrepancies which indicated that this 'insurrection' was a pre-planned setup by the Cabal.
